Each client is given professional assistance that seeks to understand that client’s specificities and deliver different solutions with three possible types of intervention: an individualized and tailor-made solution; a previously defined solution with a customization component; or a solution developed in advance within a given budget. Whatever the client’s choice, PPS ensures a thorough approach and technical know-how at all stages, with a view to optimizing the quality–price ratio of the work.

The solutions provided by PPS include architectural and interior design, procurement, contracting, supply and installation. These services cover all stages from ideation to implementation, strategic planning, technical coordination and FF&E specifications, supplier selection and negotiation, purchasing, production, assembly and after-sales service.

Architectural project

Every architectural design project starts with a first moment of understanding and definition of expectations with the client. This initial approach results in a brief that outlines the intervention program. In short, the development of an architectural design project by PPS can be divided into three main phases: the preliminary study phase, where the initial concept is developed; the base program design phase, where the concept is applied to the spaces; and finally, the execution project, with the level of detail required for its implementation. At the end, PPS provides on-site technical assistance, including the management and coordination of the construction work, if the client so desires.

Interior Design Project

An interior design project implies a process on the part of PPS that is virtually identical to that of an architectural design project. That is to say that interior design projects also include the preliminary study, base program design and execution project phases—but, of course, aimed at the design and decoration of the spaces, surfaces, finishes and decorative fixtures, and without the need for building permit procedures.

Procurement & Contract

Under this service, PPS develops a specifications brief for the work, which is always tailored to the project itself and its terms and conditions. This brief enables PPS to identify potential suppliers and subsequently receive and compare quotes. After analyzing them one by one, a selection is made to present to the client, primarily taking into account the suppliers’ responsiveness in terms of quality, compatibility of the technical solutions with the project, timing and costs. The final decision is always made together with the client.

Supply & Installation

Once the supplier has been chosen, a contract brief is prepared. This involves the development of prototypes of the parts, which are always subject to prior validation by the firm and the client. During this process, the PPS team monitors the production, including visits to the manufacturing facilities and quality control. At this stage, PPS carries out full and constant supervision of the construction and installation, ensuring that all agreed parameters are strictly adhered to. After-sales service is contractually guaranteed and includes warranty and maintenance assistance.
