For each architecture project, there is always an initial phase with the client focused on understanding and defining expectations. In this first stage, a briefing is prepared where the scope of the intervention is agreed. In summary, the development of an architecture project by PPS can be divided into three main phases: the preliminary study phase, where the initial concept is developed; the base programme phase, where the concept is applied to the spaces, validated, and the project is licensed; and finally, the execution project, with the level of detail required for its implementation. At a later stage, PPS ensures technical assistance during construction, including project management and coordination, if requested by the client.

An interior design project requires, from PPS, a process that is largely similar to that followed in an architecture project. In other words, interior design projects also include the preliminary study phase, the base programme phase, and the execution project, but focused on the scope of design and decoration, finishes and materials, and decorative equipment, without the need for project licensing.

In this service, PPS prepares a specification and tender dossier for the project, always tailored to the specific requirements and conditions of each project. Through this process, PPS identifies potential suppliers and receives and compares quotations. After individual analysis, a selection is made to present to the client, taking into account the supplier’s ability to deliver in terms of quality, compatibility of technical solutions with the project, timing, and costs. The final decision is always made jointly with the client.

Once the supplier is defined, a contractual process is established, including the production of prototypes, which are always subject to prior validation by both the firm and the client. During this stage, the PPS team monitors production, including factory visits and quality validation. At this stage, PPS provides full and continuous supervision of construction and installation, ensuring that all agreed requirements are strictly met. After-sales service is contractually ensured and includes warranty follow-up and maintenance.
