History
Established in 2004 by architect Pilar Paiva de Sousa and based in Porto, architectural and interior design firm PPS is now a national and international reference in the business areas in which it operates.
A leader in the idealization, design and supply of furniture and equipment for the hotel and cruise industry, PPS develops projects that are both eclectic and differentiating. Offering an integrated service, from concept to supply, the PPS team of professionals always take on the same commitment, working in coordination throughout the various phases of the process. Pilar Paiva de Sousa
After completing her architecture studies, Pilar Paiva de Sousa considered becoming a scenographer. To this day, the characteristic that best defines the architect’s work is being able to look at spaces and use them to tell a story, transforming them.
This way of understanding the profession has earned Pilar Paiva de Sousa and PPS recognition as a reference in architectural and interior design for hotels and cruise ships.
More than designing and structuring a project, Pilar Paiva de Sousa creates each environment as if it were unique, conceiving every detail to meet the client’s wishes. Her aesthetic sensibility and know-how are a mark of distinction of the work carrying the Pilar Paiva de Sousa signature.
